How should I prep for my appointment?

Please make sure your hair is detangled. Depending on the state of your hair, proper detangling can take 30+ mins. If you are not sure on how to properly detangle, please reach out to me. $15 fee is required if you need to be detangled.

Is there a deposit?

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon booking. This deposit will go toward your remaining service balance and location will then be sent within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment.

How much time will my appointment take?

Please do not book with me on a day you have plans. I take my time with each client and will not rush. Thank you

What if I am running late for my appointment?

15 Minute grace period is given. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING & THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. You are allowed to reschedule/cancel your appointment via the email confirmation 48hrs prior.
